Ice cream!

At the Meridien hotel I made large batches of creme anglais, from that we could measure out what we needed for ice cream, add up to 10% heavy cream and pour it into the freeze machine, I think it took less than 3 minutes.
Alternatively , make creme anglais with light cream instead of milk and use that.
