I tried savory ice cream at a restaurant in what was literally the worst dessert I’ve had in my life. I nearly spat the ice cream out! David Chang is so overrated lol.
I've had a couple of savoury ice-creams in the past - one was a chilli ice-cream that was part of a starter, and the other was a salted goats milk ice-cream that accompanied a very sweet dessert. Both worked well in context, but they're not something you'd want to have on their own!
