I was not sure if this was even possible so I googled it and an AI generated answer said if you dont have dark chocolate liquor , to replace it with cocoa powder ...
But it did not go into much detail than that. How many Tablespoon of cocoa powder should I use with 300 gram milk chocolate ???

The chocolate chips Im using to melt Look like 15mm Discs. I see & Leant that the gas stove top is Much better than the microwave melting.

no, AI is wrong, adding cocoa powder will clump it up and make it gritty.
adding liqour will darken it but unbalance the sweetness and theres no way of introducing sugar.
Using callebaut W2 white and 811 semi sweet you can mix to any degree you need.
White choc or couverture is very expensive, pity to waste it.
