Gatineau is an independent French Artisanal Patisserie and Bakery company founded over 12 years ago and located in the university town of Oxford in England. We produce all our Patisserie and Bakery products in our dedicated kitchen to supply our shop and wholesale customers in and around Oxford. We are looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years of baking experience in a professional kitchen / production environment. We will consider for the position of junior baker a candidate who has just completed a course in artisan bread making. Flexibility of work is necessary. Our Bakery uses high quality ingredients sourced from France, to ensure we maintain the highest levels of product quality, which we take great pride in, in selling to our customers.

- The salary is negotiable (typically in the range of £25,000 - £30,000 per year )
- Holiday entitlement is 28 days a year, including bank holidays.
- Oxford is a lovely place to base yourself. London is only one hour by train. Oxford is a University City and there are beautiful places to visit and enjoy.
