Hi everyone,
I'm a complete newbie baker and I've joined this forum to learn how to bake just about anything that can be baked. I'm a proficient home cook in every area except baking and pastry. I've done a bit of baking (a couple of cakes and some chocolate biscuit bars) and got on OK. I'm here to learn, ask lots of questions and share experiences.
