I saw the Nutella cookies recipe and decided to change it a bit to suit my sister's needs. She hates anything hazelnut so I used Hershey's Chocolate Spread instead of Nutella. These cookies were pretty good! However, I think they could have been better. This is how I made them:

1 Cup Hershey's Chocolate Spread

1/2 Cup Flour

1 Egg

1/2 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Mix everything together, roll dough into balls. Place dough balls on parchment lined cookie sheet. Press your thumb slightly into the middle of each ball. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until done (I have a wonky oven so baking times drastically vary for me).

I wish they hadn't turned out so flat. Any ideas about what I might be able to do to make these less flat? As they baked, they become runny and kind of crisp up. I really liked the flavor but I really do think they could have been better. They didn't look very pretty, lol.
