Hi, I don't have a lot of baking experience. I'm just trying to master ratios. I have protein powder that I'd like to use as much as I can, and I do try to keep sort of healthy so I really would like to substitute flour... in the past I've done some sort of "dry" ratio to "wet" ratio:
1/3 protein powder
1/3 wet ingrediant (bannanas, peanut butter, applesauce, eggs)
1/3 - I forget what else I had
baking powder
What are your thoughts on this method of trying to create cookies?
Thank you for your advice and thoughts on how to improve and learning more basics on coming up with ratios of what works and what doesn't.
