I would to make a Frosting for my Ricotta Egg Biscuits like the ones in a Bakery. What I use now is Milk Powdered sugar corn syrup and flavoring.

To achieve a bakery-style frosting for your Ricotta Egg Biscuits, consider tweaking your recipe. Use real milk instead of milk powder for a richer taste. Replace corn syrup with honey for a natural sweetness, and try adding vanilla or almond extract for flavor.

Sure thing! If you want a bakery-style frosting, try substituting the milk with heavy cream for a richer texture and add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream (adjust based on how thick you want it), a quarter teaspoon of your favorite flavoring, and a pinch of salt until smooth. This should give your frosting a creamy, luxurious texture that's perfect for your ricotta egg biscuits. Enjoy your baking!

Hi Dear!

Your current frosting sounds like a great base, but if you're aiming for that bakery-style finish, you might want to try adding a little butter or cream cheese to give it a richer, smoother texture. Here's a simple recipe you could try:

Bakery-Style Frosting

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk or cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or any flavoring you like)
Cream the butter until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar. Mix in the milk or cream until you reach your desired consistency, and finally, add the flavoring. This should give your ricotta egg biscuits that perfect bakery-style frosting!

Let me know how it turns out, and happy baking!

Hi there!

To achieve a bakery-style frosting for your ricotta egg biscuits, try adding a bit of butter or cream cheese to your mix for a richer texture. Here's a quick recipe: Cream 1/2 cup softened butter with 2 cups powdered sugar. Add 2-3 tablespoons milk, 1-2 tablespoons corn syrup, and your flavoring. This should give you that perfect, glossy finish. Enjoy baking!
