Delicious Carob Brownies Recipe

A really nice recipe for Carob Brownies.

Carob is a nice chocolate alternative. It requires less sugar/sweeteners.

I really like carob. I became introduced to carob back in the 70's when all-natural stores started popping up all over the place.
My mother shopped at these stores and me and my sister would get sesame snacks, carob bars, and fruit leather.

Lovely recipe, I like it lists only ingredients that are easy to find, but I am not so sure I'll be able to get the carob so easily over here

Well, you should be able to buy some off of Amazon or Ebay, or even some online grocery stores.

I've heard of carob before and even seen it at the local health food store but never really knew how to use it. This might be a good reason to start, especially if it's better for my health than normal chocolate is.
