I adore zucchini bread. There's something about it's tangy flavor that tastes so good. One of the things I enjoy doing is icing my zucchini bread with cream cheese frosting. The combo of tangy and sweet is delicious. Here's the recipe.
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages of soft cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups of sifted confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Do: In a medium bowl, blend together your butter and cream cheese. Add in your vanilla and gradually the sugar. Store in the frig afterward.
