I made these recently, and they are soooo good you just HAVE to give them a try! 
Here is the recipe I used: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
You would never know that they are made using chickpeas, the taste is just divine. Here are some photos of how mine turned out...

After baking - they don't spread out much:

They lasted pretty well in the fridge (I made sure I warmed them up a bit before eating them though), and they are extremely tasty. Well worth a try.
