Most Used Kitchen Appliance?

I'm curious which kitchen appliance you all use the most. For me, it's my T-Fal food processor, sadly no longer made and I dread to think what happens if the bowl breaks! (A new one can be ordered, but I'd think twice first) I use it for so many tasks, the ordinary ones like chopping vegetables, grating carrots, slicing potatoes and cabbage. But also for making cookies, especially shortbread, pastry and cakes. I bought a stand mixer but find it's used pretty much for bread making or meringues.

Stand mixer. I have a couple, but I tend to use my 20 yr old KitchenAid...love ol’ Bertha.

Love my kitchen aid Stand mixer. Expensive, but any appliance that is repairable in this day and age is worth it

when cooking, the mandolin.
when doing chocolates the microwave.
