$8,000-$9,000?! Whoa, that Rack Master oven sounds like a serious piece of equipment! Definitely out of my home baker budget too. Thanks for the heads up though, maybe someone here is setting up a professional bakery or something.

For us mere mortals, any recommendations for a more budget-friendly bread oven? I've been looking at getting something a little more dedicated than my regular oven for sourdough.
