A small update. The summer was too hot here to attempt the bread.

So many things this winter, including my new handicap stopped me from trying. For me a beginner the directions are too complicated, too hard, all those different techniques. I hope others can make this bread........one of a kind it is. And delicious, melt in your mouth bread it is.

Sure would like some, but unfortunately it is way past my talent..........Sincerely, me
