Hi all, I am hoping someone can help please?
I have just purchased the Russell Hobbs 23620 Compact Fast Breadmaker. I have followed the instruction manual and tried to make bread last night. I used the basic setting 1. for a standard white load and followed the recipe provided. The setting lasted for around 3 hours, and when it was finished the bread had not been cooked at all. It and been kneaded and had risen, however the appliance was still stone cold and there was just a large piece of risen raw dough inside the bread tin.
I then tried again on a different setting 'fast bake', and the same thing happened. Is this product faulty as I am not sure where I could be going wrong and why the cooking part is not working?
Thanks in advance!
