Wow, those look and sound really yummy, especially with a nice hot cup or bowl of soup. I clicked to check out the recipe, and that's the first time I've ever heard of 'strong' flour. I don't think I've ever seen that in the stores here, so perhaps it's a UK thing. These sound as if they'd be nice with a little cheese mixed in, as well.
