Added more lighting, started using baking strips, still not torting...Feedback welcome. This cake was raffled to support African missions...much more satisfying than selling for profit. If anyone is making videos, please share camera, lighting, software tips.

Bakeing is all science. It takes time to learn to become a great baker. It’s difficult to get the correct information online. Unfortunately a lot of the cookbooks out there are not very good. But I see a dramatic improvement.
