To replicate Bear Valley meal-pak bars: which malted barley flour?

Google and Quora were helpful--but only generally. I need the name of ingredients to buy for the first two ingredients here:

Bear Valley meal-pak carob "pemmican" bars ingredients:
Malted Corn and Barley, Nonfat Milk, Soy Flour, Honey, Almonds, Raisins, Oats, Soy Oil, Sunflower Seeds, Cocoa, Wheat Bran, Carob.

I'll be making it without chocolate. Possibly even without baking if possible and palatable.

What item can I buy for "malted corn"?

Candidates for "malted barley" bound to be one of these:
