Any advice will be much appreciated- my cupcakes always dome/rise/go lumpy on top. I follow recipes exactly and don't bake at a higher temperature than instructed. Why does this happen and how can I make them nice and flat?
Might be relevant- my cakes are all vegan so no dairy or eggs are used.
