Hi everyone.
I am a newbie in baking. I have a plan to give my friend some cupcake, I have made some following the recipe I found online.
This is the result
I wonder if the cupcake I've made are correct and appropriate for a gift. What about the texture? Is it under or overcook? Etc. Etc.
To note here

To note here
- I did not use butter, I use margarine instead.
- I also put a little bit of oil.
- The recipe call for cocoa powder, but I skip it.
- I run out of baking powder, so I substitutes with (roughly) 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp cream of tartar (for each tsp of baking powder).
- I also did not use an oven, I use a thick metal pot oven on a stovetop (medium heat for 15 minutes), I'm not sure what it's called, a dutch oven?
