Adding frozen Blueberries to plain muffin mixture.

Hi All,

I'm venturing into the baking arena. Please, be gentle with me.

I'm adding frozen blueberries to a plain muffin mix. The cooking time is 18min. How much extra time should I add when I've included the frozen blueberries?

Hi Andy, don't bake by the clock, its only a rough guide.
Just push the top gently to see if it springs back or dents slightly.
Your intuition tells you it will take a bit longer, just follow that idea and check them after 20 minutes but don' let the clock tell you if they're done because it doesn't know.
After a few batches you'll know but that only applies to your oven.
