Anyone know what this is?

Found these in the basement of an old bakery building. Anyone have any idea what either of them are?

The one with the shamrocks is quite heavy and there were other shapes as well.

I don't know what that is either, but what a great mystery! These might be worth something. I would look into it. Find an old-time baker and find out. Maybe those cut-outs are just that - a cookie press of some sort. Find out and post again!
