Bake ahead?

Does anyone have any good recipes for cookies they bake ahead of time that do well? I'm thinking of making a few batches early and just keeping the actual cooking light the day-of, just wondering if anyone has some good ones .

In my experience, any type of oatmeal based cookies only get better the longer they are out. They are also super easy to make! Buy one big thing of oatmeal and you're good to go on a few batches.

Why not just do away with the baking all together?

There are some great and easy no bake cookies recipes out there that you can try. Most of them involve oatmeal to some degree.
