Cheesecake problem

Hi everyone! I have a problem. My cheesecake always cracks and falls down during baking. What can I do to prevent this? Any advice?

it sounds like you're overbaking or running the oven too hot.
I do them in a water bath to moderate the temp, I use cake pans, not springforms.

To prevent cracks in your cheesecake, try mixing your ingredients gently to avoid incorporating too much air, use room temperature ingredients, and bake in a water bath to ensure even cooking. Also, avoid overbaking—aim for a slightly jiggly center when you take it out. Let it cool gradually in the oven with the door slightly open before transferring it to the fridge. Hope this helps!
