Cinco De Mayo suggestions?

hi all! I like to post holiday-specific treats to my baking Instagram account. My friends are throwing a Cinco de mayo party and I never realized HOW MANY wonderful Mexican desserts there are that I’m just so unfamiliar with. Can anyone who grew up eating/baking Mexican goodies/ is just familiar with Mexican cuisine suggest the good stuff? sweet or savory, breads, pastries, cookies, any baked good! Thank you!

This blog has great pics of Mexican baked goods. I'd highly recommend Conchas or Pan de Muerto, which are both sweet breads

Also - any type of empanada is wonderful!
