Hello! Thanks to 'Monkey Boots' I have begun to experiment with coconut flour recipes. The one I used for the cake that I will post is as follows: (but I substituted a little)
· 2 tbsp Coconut flour
· 2 tbsp cocoa powder
· ½ large banana mashed
· 1 egg white (I used a whole one)
· ¼ cups milk
· 1 to 2 packs Stevia (I used 3 tincture tubes full)
· ½ tsp baking soda (this was also a substitute for powder)
Does anyone else have any good coconut flour cake recipes to share?
