Could you live on $5 a day?

look around joyce ,there may be other places that will help you out,I know what you mean about living on a SS check,with the cost of living going up all the time,it is hard to survive on it and 5 bucks doesn't go no where as far as it did 10 years ago,a gallon of milk is almost 4 bucks with taxes,it wasn't that long ago it was around 1 buck for a loaf of bread it is around 2 and a half bucks now,it wasn't that long ago you could get 3 loafs for a buck,I'd use one and freeze the other two,now I try to bake as much bread as I can

I could do it, but it probably wouldn't be the healthiest way of living. You could definitely buy food for 5 dollars a day using deals and coupons, but you wouldn't be able to get all the healthy things you would want for nutrition.
