Fudge Brownie Cake

Ok, I've been "out of the biz" for quite some time now, but I still do some simple work for people when I'm in the mood.

This woman I work with wanted a chocolate cake for her son's birthday this weekend. Nothing fancy, just LOTS of chocolate.

So, I made my Fudge Brownie bundt cake, filled the center with mini Reeses peanutbutter cups, and covered it with dark chocolate.

Nothing fancy mind you, but thought I'd give you a look at it.

She is a funny woman. She told me it was her sons birthday, but the cake was for HER, as he doesn't even like chocolate. Neither does her husband!!! LOL

She said she had too much of it because it made her blood sugar sky rocket. She was SO naughty.
