I'm new to the forums and just wanted to say hi to all! I'm looking forward to exploring the posts and contributing. I'm mostly a bread maker although my boyfriend requests chocolate cake frequently so I do indulge him occasionally but not too much to ruin his healthy physique. I'm in the snowy Northeast, perfect time for getting in the kitchen and creating something homemade.

Hi! My name is Erika and I also live in the Northwest! I love it here as much as I love baking. I would have to say, though that I have been trying to come up w/healthier alternatives to baking all my favorite desserts, so I can't wait to share those with you guys!
