Hello!

Madison here, and I'm new to this site although I have been reading it for a few weeks. I used to belong to a different baking site a number of years ago, but that went belly up--I'm so glad I found this one!

I'm self taught and usually do pretty good, but if I make inedible mistakes when I bake or try a new recipe, those mistakes are hidden in the bottom of the garbage can! If they're inedible, they're inedible, y'know.

Time to ask a question or two! Thanks!

Welcome Madison, lol, we’ve all been there with the epic hid it in the bottom
Of the trash can failures. But I always say that failure is the greatest teacher. For every failure I learned something.

But the wonderful thing is you’re still at it which means it’s a passion. Welcome aboard.
