Hi,
I'm a casino dealer for a living but often bake at home for fun and relaxation. I have always enjoyed cooking. When my daughter was growing up she always love to help, now she's a professional chef. We often cook togetherand both love to bake.
I look forward to some good discussion and new recipes here at the baking forums.

Welcome, Kevin! How neat that you and your daughter still get together to cook! I always cooked with my sons as well. Two of them turned out to be pretty decent cooks and one of them still really likes to make sweet creations. He lives where he can't do much but when someone in the family requests one of his specialties (usually some sort of cheesecake) he borrows my kitchen for the job. Always nice to watch him create!!
