I am so happy to be here! I was part of a baking thread on a non-baking forum, but the site went wonky and I miss it terribly : (\n\nBaking from scratch is an important and joyful part of my life. I love talking about it, solving problems that arise, helping and encouraging people in this ancient, meaningful, and fun part of life!\n\nMy most recent serious project was making authentic New York Bagels (baygl!) and the results were spectacular. I love baking everything and anything, and like to stretch my repertoire and try brand new things.\n\nI look forward to reading and participating!
