Hello! I am fairly new to this forum and came here to learn new tips and recipes for baking. I am an amateur baker who likes to bake breads on his spare time away from the tedious studying and socializing of college. Unfortunately I don't trust myself enough to maintain a starter so I always use store bought yeast which in my opinion isn't that bad since I can bake at my convenience without worrying about maintaining a starter.
