Hi everyone!

Okkk.... So, I need to bake a banana cake for tonight and I bought 2 containers of cream cheese frosting to put on top. As I was digging through my fridge I found a pack of cream cheese that we bought last week and didn't use. I was just wondering if it would be okay and taste good if I'd mix that cream cheese with the icing. Thanks in advance!

Is it premixed cream cheese frosting that you're adding an extra bar of cream cheese to? I'd probably add it in gradually, just to see how it impacts the consistency of the premade frosting. But it could be a good way to extend how far your frosting goes!
