Microwavable Dessert Recipes

Hi!

I'm looking for an easy way out on making dessert so it saves time when there's guests over.

I just wanted to know if there are any desserts that I can make by just using a microwave? Whether it be a mini cake, cookies, or anything for the sweet tooth?

I would really love to get feedback on this.

Well as far as I know there are a few, there is cake in a cup, upside down pineapple cake and I would have to look up some others. I will find some more and post links to nice sites that have good recipes.

Check out the Baking Forums - Cakes section, there is a recipe which sounds good for cake in a mug. It's entitled 'Cake in a Mug!'

The most common one is cake in a cup, there is also cookie in a cup. I was had trifle in a cup, though that takes a little longer as you have to wait for the jelly to set before you can add the custard and cream.
