Hello. Today i made mini brownie bites. It was from a box. I put the batter in paper cup liner in the mini muffin pan. The problem is the liners are stuck to the brownie. And I mean stuck!! You have to peel off the paper. It ends up ripping and leaving little pieces stuck to the brownie. I would like to make these again but i can't have that happen. Any advice for next time or as to why this happened?? Thank you.

Hello and welcome. Try spraying the liners with PAM.

    Welcome to the forum! :)

Yep, greasing the paper should definitely help.

Thank you both for the suggestion. I ended up putting the brownie bites in a container with a lid. The next day they were so soft and the paper came right off.
