Must-have Kitchen Tools and Gadgets

I just began to cook more these days. I was wondering what new tools and or new gadgets I should buy for the kitchen. What are some that would love and that it would make it easier in the kitchen. I've heard of a rice cooker that makes perfect rice.

It's handy to have a hot pot AKA electric kettle because it boils water more quickly than a microwave, so it's handy for making tea and instant soup in ,like, 2 minutes.
