Hi everyone,
My name is Jay and I am relatively new in baking. I started baking back in 2018. There was a potluck in my office and I decided to try my hands baking brownies. I baked two trays. I gave one to my parents and another one was served to my colleagues. My mother thought I did really good and she then encouraged me to attend a baking school to elevate my skills and knowledge. My colleagues also thought I should continue to bake.
I did register for a baking school but my semester intake was cancelled due to the pandemic. I continue to bake at home religiously. I normally serve my baked goods to my parents especially my mom so she can grade it, my aunt, neighbours and colleagues.
Looking forward to learn more on baking from all of you.
