New cooker

Well after working away I’ve finally got the cooker situation sorted,after having the repair man come out to mend mine and tell me I needed to get a new one,and I finally stopped crying in my cup of tea i set out to buy a new one,so there’s no excuse for burning my cakes that I’m going to be having a bash at now

My back says thats a long way down there to the lower deck.
Does the steam function work for injection or is it just for the cleaning cycle?

can you inject steam without the oven being in self clean cycle.
Can you inject steam during baking bread.?
