Hello, fortune cookie here. I am a newbie to baking and am looking to learn as much as
I can about baking. i am starting by trying to make my own bread for weekly consumption. i tried to make a loaf of white bread but got two large loaves I could have used as doorstops. I am not sure what was wrong. I have a lot of questions like what happens if you over knead bread dough. What happens if you don't knead it enough. what does that do to the bread. I am also looking to make crackers and pretzels. I am also looking for baking tips in survival SHTF situations. There is a lot I want to learn.
