Great question! Rice flour is naturally gluten-free, as it comes from rice which doesn't contain gluten. You won't find gluten in regular rice flour, so it's a safe choice if you're looking to avoid gluten. However, it's always good practice to check the packaging, especially if it's produced in a facility that also processes wheat or other gluten-containing grains. This can lead to cross-contamination. If you need to be absolutely sure it's gluten-free, look for packaging that specifically states the rice flour is certified gluten-free.
