B2300 Sourdough Bread

Has anyone attempted to make a sourdough bread in Black and Decker B2300 bread maker? I found recipes online but the B2300 doesn't have customizable settings.

If I were to delay the bake cycle would that still knead the bread and allow it to rise for a few hours before it bakes. Or does setting the timer delay everything.

No, I haven't found anything. Although I was reading the 2nd kneading starts around 1 hour and 43 minutes so I am going to lift the lid to pause it than close after few hours to do the 2nd knead and bake.
