Using yeast in exchange for sourdough starter

When using yeast instead of sourdough, what proportions should I follow, also if I am doing an autolyse, when should I add the yeast and salt, and should I add them along with water.

You need to find a recipe specific to yeast because there are two different processes. Where are you can convert a yeast recipe to a sourdough recipe, The reverse doesn’t work well.

If you want to use yeast, look for a bread recipe with a poolish or biga.
