Cakes vs Cupcakes

I love a nice birthday cake. It's takes so much time to make a cake while cupcakes are so easy. I like to make a good bach of cupcake mix and do like 12 cupcakes and when they are gone I'll do more. I find that they are not wasted.

Cupcakes are the best. So many to bake at birthdays, but the kids loved them.
I have seen so many cupcake, "cakes", that have really great decorations.

My favorite is the chocolate cupcake with a hershey kiss in the middle.

I usually get one right out of the oven, so the chocolate is melted.
