My step mom taught me how to make cheesecake a few years ago, and it is the easiest recipe I have found that still tastes wonderful. \n2 regular sized packs of creme cheese\n2 eggs\nHalf a cup of sugar\nTeaspoon of vanilla\nStore bought graham cracker crust\nYou just beat the ingredients together, put into crust, bake on 350 for about thirty minutes (until inside of cheesecake is doesn't move too much when you shake the cheesecake but it still should move a bit,) and then refrigerate overnight. \nI found this recipe really easy to make a large number of cheesecakes with. Plus it is really basic, so I can make it on a day when I am feeling a bit lazy. Give it a shot!\n\nP.S. I added some cocoa powder to it one time and it came out pretty well. I am curious to know how to adapt the recipe to various flavors.
