Flavour Combinations

Hi, my first post here so hopefully you'll be able to help me. soi have made ginger Buttercream to go on top of the Muffins I've made but I'm just wondering if there is a flavouring i can add to the actual muffin that goes really well with the Ginger buttercream?

How about lemon? Rachel Alllen makes a beautiful lemon-ginger cake, and muffins. Add some lemon zest to your muffins.
