Hello. My name is Lee. I'm a musician with a very sweet tooth (good enough reason to bake I'd say!) and found myself getting into baking as quite a regular hobby over just the last few months. I've learnt a small handful of different recipes, and my absolute favourite thing to make is bakewell tart, particularly because I've always loved anything related to marzipan. Looking forward to meeting others here!
