I believe this is a Viennese or German torte - would someone know what the components of it are ?

Grillparzer Torte sounds intriguing! It’s named after the Austrian playwright Franz Grillparzer, so it's likely a Viennese specialty. From what I know, a typical Grillparzer Torte often has layers of chocolate sponge cake with a rich, dark chocolate ganache or buttercream filling. Sometimes, it includes a layer of apricot jam, which is common in many traditional Viennese tortes, to add a hint of tartness. The top is usually covered with more chocolate ganache or a glossy chocolate glaze. If anyone has a specific recipe or more details, I'd love to hear them!
