Halloween Cakes

If anyone makes Halloween cakes feel free to post them here.

I made three different types when I was home for the weekend, they are chocolate cupcakes with the decoration on top.

Your cakes look pretty cute. I'm terrible at decorating cakes so I'm just going to post a couple of cakes that I saw for Halloween and liked.

OMGG!!!! They are soooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!!!! I loved the smile of that pumpkin!!! It turned out perfectly nice! If I were a kid I'd love to eat one of those, I'm sure your kids will love them The ghost also has a funny face Lovely =) !

This is pretty cool. I like how they used the candy corn as decorations.

This is kind of pretty. I like how the platter is made of wood.

The skulls are amazingly detailed. This would be a lovely cake for a gothic wedding

This one is my absolute favorite. It's small but beautifully detailed.

I'm not into the dark and gory Halloween decorations so my family just makes cookies with pumpkins or ghosts. We are more into the fall type cakes such as caramel apple and candy corn.

Same here, sweetkymom, I honestly pay more attention to the fall element But those jack-o-lanterns can be quite cute if carved right I love falls, I like Halloween because it also represents fall

Your little cakes look awesome! How fun. I'm not great at decorating either, ACSAPA but I love the ones you're finding- great inspiration either way! The nightmare before christmas Jack/Sally one and the last one you posted are both amazing <3.

Oh agreed- I'm not skilled enough for tiny, detailed little work like that yet but how adorable are they?! I love the colour scheme too...something a little different than the "typical" Halloween colours but still definitely recognizable and workable for it. Nice .

Wow you found some gorgeous cakes!! And thanks for the kind words, I was a bit out of practice though as they were my first cakes in a couple of months but it was fun!
