Hey can i make this cake batter into pancakes in a pan instead of baking?

The ingredients are:
Wheat flour, sugar, beetroot powder, cacao powder, baking powder, vanilla flavor, emulsifier(E471), guar gum, salt, carmine(E120)

For some reason i'm worried if i should casually make them into pancakes
